Job summary

Findex is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to join the Business Advisory team in Norwest. This full-time role focuses on administrative duties, invoicing, and delivering exceptional client service to accountants, partners and corporate staff.

You will take charge of lodging tax returns, managing ATO correspondence, and preparing financial packages, while benefiting from comprehensive training, buddy guidance, and a collaborative culture that supports career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administration role is highly regarded.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages.
• Invoicing and WIP management while communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff to deliver client service.
• Communicate with accountants, partners and staff to ensure service delivery for client requests.
• Relief reception duties.
