Job summary

Vivere Recruitment Group in Sydney is seeking a Support role to assist Senior Financial Advisers in delivering advice and ongoing service to high-net-worth clients.

You will handle client service, onboarding, meetings, and monthly reporting, while contributing ideas in team meetings and supporting compliance with the management team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client service, implementation and administrative functions.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Meet and Greet clients upon arrival and be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and assist with any ongoing management.
• Contribute ideas/suggestions during team meetings and one-on-one with the management team.
• Assist in month reporting and any ongoing compliance requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to financial planners and other members of the support team.
