Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial planning.
• Proven operations and administrative experience.
• Excellent communicator with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and manage enquiries.
• Prepare client files, review packs and adviser documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, account establishment and compliance requirements.
• Process applications, withdrawals and product transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and liaise with advisers and providers.
