Job summary

Walsh Accountants on the Gold Coast is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support SMSF administration, client onboarding, and ASIC/compliance work. Initially covering parental leave for about 12 months, with a smooth transition to a permanent client services role.

You will manage workflow from engagement to handover, maintain accurate records, liaise with clients and external parties, and deliver a professional client experience using our streamlined systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Client Services Coordinator or similar role in accounting/professional services.
• Experience supporting SMSF administration and compliance workflows.
• Familiarity with ASIC deadlines, registrations and corporate compliance.

Responsibilities

• Keep jobs moving, maintain accurate records and client records.
• Coordinate with clients and external parties to deliver a professional client experience.
• Manage onboarding and end-to-end processes from engagement to handover.
• Setup clients/entities across internal and external systems and lodge registrations.
• Provide backup reception and support as required during busy periods.
