Arid Zone in Port Melbourne seeks a highly organised Client Services Coordinator to partner with Senior Account Directors and deliver merchandise programs for leading brands. You will manage campaigns from ideation through sourcing, artwork, and production, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, and exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates bring strong organisational skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar systems, plus a background in promotional merchandise

Qualifications

• Experience in promotional merchandise preferred; transferable skills from packaging, printing, signage, marketing or creative agencies encouraged.
• Highly organised and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Strong client-service orientation and ability to collaborate with design/production teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate branded merchandise projects from concept through to delivery.
• Collaborate with in-house Design and Production teams.
• Source innovative products from local and international supply partners.
• Prepare client proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Manage project timelines and ensure exceptional client service.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

THE ROLE

You’ll become an integral member of our Client Services team, partnering with our Senior Account Directors to deliver innovative Merchandise Programs for many leading local and global Iconic brands. From initial product ideation through to sourcing, quoting, artwork and production, your role will be pivotal in bringing exciting client campaigns to life while ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate branded merchandise projects from concept through to delivery

• Manage project timelines and ensure exceptional client service
