Job summary

Ozcare is hiring a Client Services Assistant on a part-time basis at Parkwood Gardens. You will assist with meals, keep dining and kitchen areas clean, and support laundry services to help deliver exceptional care to residents.

We value a warm, caring nature and a flexible, positive attitude toward health and wellbeing. Vaccination and police screening are required, and prior cleaning or frail aged care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Vaccination against Influenza and at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine may be required.
• Current Police Screening Certificate may be required.
• Demonstrated experience in domestic or commercial cleaning.
• Previous experience in assisting frail aged persons.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of meals and tasks allocated by the Cook.
• Efficiently clean Dining Room, Kitchen and serving areas after meals or as required.
• Perform tasks associated with laundry services.
• Clean the Facility with emphasis on areas where WHS matters arise (toilets, floors, etc.).

Ozcarehas a part-time positions available for Client Services Assistants supporting our clients at our beautiful Parkwood Gardens facility.

Your Role

As a Client Services Assistant you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:

• Assist with the preparation of meals by performing tasks allocated by the Cook (where applicable)
• Efficiently clean Dining Room, Kitchen and serving areas after meals, or when required
• Perform tasks associated with the provision of laundry services
• Perform tasks associated with cleaning of the Facility with particular emphasis on areas where Workplace Health & Safety matters often arise toilets, floors etc.
