Job summary

Sb Recruitment in Parramatta is seeking a customer-facing professional to join our client’s team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will handle a high volume of face-to-face enquiries, manage a portfolio of client finances, and build strong relationships to understand needs and aspirations.

Hours are 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a rolling monthly contract. Experience in legal, banking or government sectors is valued; shortlisting is based on relevant experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role with an understanding of financial management.
• Experience supporting community members or vulnerable clients is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience in legal, financial planning, or client service support roles.
• Background in legal, banking, or government sectors is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of face-to-face client enquiries and service requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Plan and manage a portfolio of client finances with a focus on medium to long-term goals.
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and aspirations.
• Listen and respond to concerns from customers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Manage sensitive documentation and comply with legislation and policy.
• Handle general administration such as records management, filing, and data entry.
