Job summary

Government client in the Parramatta area is seeking a customer service professional for a full-time, on-site role at the Parramatta office, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. You will listen to concerns from customers and stakeholders to resolve issues.

The position requires at least two years’ experience in customer service with a sound understanding of financial management, and demonstrated experience in legal, financial planning, or client service support roles.

Please note that this role is based full-time in the Parramatta office, requiring attendance on-site five days per week (Monday to Friday), from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
