Job summary

Clarke McEwan Accountants and Business Advisors in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Client Services Administrator. You will greet clients, manage calls, and support accounting staff with day-to-day admin across ASIC/ATO tasks and document preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a public practice accounting environment or professional services.
• Ability to manage client documentation and ASIC/ATO administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients with a professional, friendly manner.
• Manage front-of-office reception and incoming calls.
• Support accountants with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Prepare and distribute client documentation via digital signature platform.
• Handle electronic correspondence and client communications.
• Process ATO lodgements and ASIC compliance administration.
• Assist with company and trust registrations and maintenance.
• Create and manage workflow tasks in the practice management system.
• Maintain confidential client records and liaise with government departments.
