Job summary

Findex in Warragul, Victoria, is looking for a proactive Client Services Officer to join our Accounting & Tax team. This full-time role based in the office on Mon-Fri includes relief Reception duties and handling a range of client-facing tasks.

You will welcome clients, manage enquiries, coordinate appointments, liaise with advisors, and support data management and tax-related administrative work, contributing to high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing incoming calls, responding to enquiries and coordinating appointments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Liaising with advisors, partners and team members to support efficient and high-quality client outcomes.
• Managing a broad range of administrative tasks, including lodging tax returns, handling ATO correspondence and coordinating office supplies.
• Supporting client data management processes, including collating financial statements and tax returns, invoicing, WIP management, liaising with the ATO on various matters and document management.
