Job summary

Hearing Australia Bateman's Bay centre invites applicants for a Client Service Specialist. You’ll greet clients, answer enquiries, book appointments, process claims and assist clinicians with hearing care services.

You’ll cover reception, perform data entry, generate monthly reports, and liaise with clients of diverse backgrounds including children and adults. A two-week initial full-time training period supports onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proactive problem solver with ownership of work.
• Ability to navigate basic computer tasks and mobile apps.
• Strong customer-service orientation in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and handle counter/phone enquiries.
• Process bookings, claims, data entry and monthly reports.
• Assist clinicians and demonstrate hearing aid use to clients.
