Job summary

This in-office role offers mentoring from experienced advisers, a modern office near Macquarie Centre, and a supportive environment to grow your client service and technical skills in IRESS Xplan and complex advisory strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or support in financial services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage client engagements and respond to inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation of client advice documents.
• Lead and manage the implementation of complex client advice strategies.
• Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely communication on enquiries and updates.
• Manage the client review process (both pre and post meeting).
• Serve clients professionally and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain and update our IRESS Xplan client database.
• Contribute to process enhancements and workflow design.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the preparation of client advice documents

Lead and manage the implementation of complex client advice strategies

Ideally you will bring

Experience in a client service or support role in financial services. Mature workers are encouraged to apply

Strong communication skills - verbal and written

A genuine passion for client service and motivation to actively seek out opportunities to add value to clients and advisers

Familiarity with IRESS Xplan or a similar financial planning CRM (training provided for the right candidate)

You must also be able to pass a National Police Check and have permanent Australian work rights.
