Job summary

Margin Finance is a Moonee Ponds-based mortgage brokerage that supports clients across residential lending, from first home buyers to refinancers. We’re a small, high-performing team valuing precision, accountability and genuine care for clients, with clear growth paths.

The Client Service Manager will take files from ApplyOnline submission to formal approval, onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth progress at every stage. This is an onsite role in Moonee Ponds.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working for a mortgage broker.
• Hands-on experience with ApplyOnline is essential.
• A solid understanding of the loan application and approval process.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and lenders.
• Team-first attitude.
• MyCRM experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, collect, check and follow up on documents.
• Prepare and submit loan applications through ApplyOnline.
• Collaborate with the Credit Manager to obtain conditional and formal approvals.
• Respond promptly to lender requests and manage approval conditions.
• Liaise with lender BDMs, assessors and support teams to keep files moving.
• Keep client records and file notes accurate in MyCRM.
• Keep clients informed and confident at every stage.
