Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education as listed: high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant associate degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services or customer-facing sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby and educate on self-service resources (mobile, online, ATM).
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently as needed.
• Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs and connect them to appropriate solutions.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to enhance the client experience.
• Follow bank processes, guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Support and collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
