Ultimate Performance in Sydney is seeking ambitious Personal Trainers to join a premium global brand. From day one you’ll receive world-class education, mentoring, and a clear pathway to build a successful career in the fitness industry; clients are provided and you won’t need to find your own leads.

We offer early mornings and evenings, Australian working rights, and a competitive pay structure with a base up to AUD 72,400 per year plus a bonus potential up to AUD 15,000.

U.P. does not provide Personal Trainer qualifications and so requires all applicants to have already attained their Cert 4 qualification in Personal Training, or an equivalent qualification.

All candidates must have a valid right to work in Australia, e.g. citizenship or permanent residency. We require candidates to also have the right to work at our company for at least 12 months. We invest heavily in the education of our staff and offer long term careers, therefore, unfortunately, part-time or 6 months of work won't be considered.
