THE ROLE

Sell premium personal training programs valued at $3,000–$5,000+ to qualified inbound enquiries.

You'll manage opportunities from first contact through to enrolment — including lead response, nurture, appointment setting, consultation, follow-up and close.

We provide the brand, marketing, sales systems, coaching and inbound demand.

You bring proven sales ability, urgency, commercial drive and the discipline to work the full sales process.

We're looking for an experienced salesperson who can demonstrate real individual results selling high-value products or services.

This is an experienced individual sales role, not a people-management position. You'll be responsible for your personal pipeline, consultations and enrolments.

Fitness industry experience isn't essential. (This is not a role for wanna-be PT's)

Sales performance is.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Adam Prowse Personal Training is an established personal training business operating across Maitland and Lake Macquarie, with more than 1,400 clients training with us every week.

Our marketing generates consistent inbound enquiries from people actively looking for help with their health and fitness.

Lead and consultation volume is allocated across the sales team based on location, roster and performance, with clear expectations set during the recruitment process.

We're looking for an experienced salesperson capable of converting their share of that opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a full-cycle, consultative sales role.

You’ll manage:

ENQUIRY → CONTACT → NURTURE → APPOINTMENT → CONSULTATION → FOLLOW-UP → ENROLMENT

Day to day, you'll:

• Respond quickly to qualified inbound enquiries

• Build strong relationships through calls, texts and follow-up

• Book and conduct high-quality sales consultations

• Understand each prospect’s goals and recommend the right solution

• Confidently communicate value, pricing and commitment

• Guide prospects through concerns and confidently close

• Proactively follow up and re-engage opportunities

• Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline

• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets

• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and developmentOur prospects aren't simply purchasing a gym membership.

They're investing in professional coaching, nutrition, accountability and a structured solution designed to achieve a meaningful result.

Good sales here isn't about pressure. It's about understanding what someone wants, why it matters, what has prevented them from succeeding before and whether our solution is right for them.

Then confidently leading the conversation towards a decision.

REMUNERATION & SUPPORT

• $85,000–$100,000 base salary + super, depending on experience

• Uncapped personal commission

• Approximately $120K at-target earnings

• $140K+ demonstrated top-performer earnings

• Qualified inbound enquiries supported by established marketing

• Proven consultation and sales frameworks
