Job summary

Roc Consulting is seeking a Client Manager in Mackay to lead tax, financials and advisory work for a portfolio of large, complex clients, many in the agribusiness sector.

You'll manage client relationships, handle Div 7A, CGT and FBT matters, and contribute to the growth of the practice with exceptional communication and presentation skills. A hybrid work model and strong bonuses enhance the package.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA certification is required and a background in public practice is essential.
• 6+ years of experience in Australian public practice, with agribusiness focus preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns and financial statements for large, complex clients (some >$100m turnover).
• Handle Div 7A, CGT, FBT matters and advisory projects.
• Manage client relationships and provide high level service to agribusiness clients.

POSITION

Due to growth the position of Client Manager has been created.

This role will involve the following:

• Preparation of tax returns and financials for a variety of large and complex clients (some clients have over $100m in turnover)
• Div 7A, CGT, FBT matters
• Advisory projects
• Client relationship management

CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• CA/CPA
• 6+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
• Extensive experience within the agri business space
• A passion for client service
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (non negotiable)
• An excellent work ethic, attitude and willingness to learn

Whilst my client is looking for someone with extensive public practice experience, for the right candidate they are willing to consider commercial experience if it is within the agri business space.
