KeyMoves partners with a Sydney CBD accounting, tax and advisory firm to recruit an Assistant Manager or Client Manager. You’ll manage client relationships, look after junior team members and help drive growth in a firm that’s expanding.

The role suits a Senior Accountant ready for the next step, or an experienced Manager seeking a new challenge. You’ll work with high net worth individuals, families and business owners and have real opportunities to move into leadership.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong understanding of corporate structures (trusts, companies, partnerships)
• Commercial mindset and ability to excel in a high-performance environment

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed portfolio of high net worth individuals, families and businesses
• Oversee accounting, tax and advisory work including financial statements, tax returns, structuring and forecasting
• Be a main point of contact for clients and provide clear, practical advice
• Coach and support junior staff
• Collaborate with partners and advisers on client outcomes
