Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of public practice accounting experience.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Proven experience managing business clients and developing professional relationships.
• Strong business advisory and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Confidence working directly with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation compliance requirements.
• Proactive, client-focused, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Australian work experience will be highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Managing and strengthening long-term relationships with an established portfolio of business clients.
• Acting as a trusted adviser and key contact for client accounting and advisory needs.
• Providing practical and commercially focused business advice.
• Reviewing financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting business owners with planning, cashflow management and forecasting.
• Providing guidance on tax strategies and broader business matters.
• Overseeing accounting and taxation compliance work.
• Reviewing client requirements and ensuring a high standard of professional service.
• Identifying proactive solutions that support client growth and business objectives.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely outcomes.
