Job summary

Randstad is recruiting a Client Manager for a parental leave cover in Sydney. You will manage a portfolio of multinational clients, leading onboarding, KYC, account openings and ongoing relationship management across cash management, FX and credit.

The role involves coordinating with global Relationship Managers, handling daily client requests, trade services and issue resolutions, and identifying cross-sell opportunities across TTS, corporate cards, Trade and FX.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of financial services experience (Banking or Cash Management).
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Desirable: Front-office client coverage/background.
• Desirable: Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) product sales or account management.
• Desirable: Credit origination and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and end-to-end KYC with global Relationship Managers.
• Serve as primary contact for daily client requests, trade services and issue resolutions.
• Facilitate credit origination, documentation and renewals across the global network.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to drive solutions across Treasury & Trade Solutions, Corporate Cards, Trade and FX.

About the Role

We are partnering with a top-tier global bank to recruit a Client Manager for a parental leave cover contract in Sydney. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 60+ multinational subsidiary clients (with a key focus on New Zealand operations), leading client onboarding, KYC compliance, account openings, and relationship management across Cash Management, FX, and Credit.

What you'll do

• Client Onboarding & Account Management: Manage client account openings and lead end-to-end KYC processes alongside global Relationship Managers.
• Relationship & Operational Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client requests, trade services, and issue resolutions.
• Credit Support: Facilitate credit originations, documentation, and renewals while monitoring credit allocations across the global network.
• Cross-Selling Opportunities: Collaborate with internal product teams to drive solutions across Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS), Corporate Cards, Trade, and FX.

What you'll need

Essential

• 2+ years of financial services experience (specifically Banking or Cash Management).
