Acclime is seeking a Client Manager in North Sydney to lead a diverse client portfolio within the Business Advisory division. The role focuses on delivering proactive advisory services, building long-term client relationships, and guiding a small team to drive growth and client success.

The ideal candidate holds a commerce/accounting degree, CA ANZ/CPA, and at least six years in tax and business advisory, with a track record of leading teams and generating value for clients.

About the role .

This role is ideal for an ambitious Business Advisory professional looking to take the next step in their career in an autonomous role where they will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, build trusted long-term relationships and make a genuine impact on client success. Beyond delivering exceptional business advisory services, this position plays a key role in mentoring and developing team members while contributing to the growth of the business.

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting and CA ANZ / CPA qualification;
• A minimum of 6 years’ professional experience in tax and business advisory services working with complex client groups including family groups, SMEs and high net wealth individuals;
• Ability to manage strong client relationships and drive business development;
• Previous experience leading a team of at least 3+ team members;
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven outcomes for clients;
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills;
• High level of technical expertise.
