Job summary

Citi Commercial Bank in Sydney seeks a Relationship Associate to support and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. You will work with Relationship Managers, Product Partners, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless onboarding, servicing, and lifecycle management across Citi's global network.

The role emphasizes client relationship development, onboarding accuracy, and proactive issue resolution, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong organisational skills.
• Experience in corporate banking or client relationship management is advantageous.
• Comfort with CRM systems and MS Office tools are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in managing and developing client relationships across a portfolio of clients.
• Establish and foster relationships with key client contacts and stakeholders within portfolio companies.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for client inquiries, coordinating responses and ensuring a strong client experience.
• Ensure periodic client engagement discussions are documented and tracked.
• Help clients access Citi's global network by coordinating introductions to local coverage teams and product specialists.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
