Job summary

Viatek is seeking an ICT support engineer to deliver high‑quality technical support for client systems across hardware, software, networks, and cloud services. The role includes remote and on‑site troubleshooting, documentation, and contributing to security and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate has an associated degree or higher qualification (or 5+ years relevant experience) with strong communication and teamwork, plus experience in O365, Exchange, SharePoint, and aService Desk/MSP

Qualifications

• Degree or higher qualification (or 5+ years relevant experience) in a technical field.
• Ability to work in a team with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in service desk or MSP environment focused on network, cloud, server technologies.
• Experience in O365, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint is advantageous.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain support procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex problems across hardware, software, networks, databases, operating systems and security.
• Provide expert remote and on-site support and maintain ticket accuracy.
• Be involved in recommending hardware and software strategies, upgrades and remediation to improve system performance, availability and security.
• Proactively maintain systems infrastructure across network services, cloud services, servers and server technologies, including Microsoft 365, Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Train users and service desk staff, and provide technical guidance and advice on applications, systems and support procedures.
• Document and maintain support procedures and strategies for client systems, networks, operating systems and applications, and drive continuous process improvement.
