Job summary

CMC Markets is seeking a Client Services Representative in our Chatswood office. This full-time, permanent role offers a starting salary of AUD 60,000 plus superannuation and a structured development pathway.

Prospective team members will receive comprehensive training, RG146 qualification, and exposure to cutting-edge trading platforms while growing their skills in a fast-paced fintech environment.

• Able to thrive in a high-volume call centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps clients returning.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm.

This is a full time permanent opportunity offering a salary of $60,000 plus superannuation.

What you’ll be working on
