Westpac is seeking a Client Experience Manager for Private Wealth in Sydney/Warrane, Gadigal Country. You will create and deliver campaigns, content and client engagement initiatives that connect with high net worth clients and translate insights into enhanced experiences.

Working with leaders across Private Banking, Global Investment Services, Online Share Trading and Chief Brand and Marketing, you will shape customer journeys, analyze feedback and performance data, and collaborate across units

Qualifications

Experience delivering customer experience, marketing or brand initiatives in a complex environment.
Strong communication and storytelling skills with experience developing client facing content and campaigns.
Ability to translate customer insights and performance data into meaningful recommendations and actions.
Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsabilités
