Job summary

Latitude Accountants is seeking a dedicated onboarding specialist for our Sydney Olympic Park office. You’ll work closely with the Client Experience Coordinator and Manager to learn our modern accounting firm systems and processes.

You will onboard new clients, keep the onboarding on track, and enter client data across XPM, Xero, Zoho, CAS360, HowNow and HubSpot. Eligible for a clear career path with weekly training and a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Solid attention to detail and accuracy in onboarding processes.
• Organized, proactive, and persistent in following up tasks.
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication.
• Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly.
• Experience in accounting/admin/customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new individual and business clients from proposal to completion.
• Maintain contact to keep onboarding on track.
• Prepare onboarding documents and follow procedures (ethical clearance requests, address checks, storage, setup).
• Enter client information across XPM, Xero, Zoho, BGL CAS360, HowNow and HubSpot.
• Assist with structure diagrams, Ezidebit setup and onboarding tracking.
• Coordinate with offshore team to ensure steps are completed correctly.
• Set up client entities and system configurations per firm processes.
• Process client requests, updating client details across systems.
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Support ATO and ASIC registrations, forms and enquiries.

Job description

This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Sydney Olympic Park office. You'll work closely with our Client Experience Coordinator and Manager, and you'll learn the systems and processes that keep a modern accounting firm running.

Key responsibilities

Help onboard new individual and business clients, from proposal acceptance through to completion

Keep in touch with clients so onboarding keeps moving

Prepare onboarding documents and follow our onboarding procedures, including ethical clearance requests, address checks, document storage and system setup

Enter client information accurately across XPM, Xero, Zoho, BGL CAS360, HowNow and HubSpot

Help with structure diagrams, Ezidebit setup and onboarding tracking

Follow up with our offshore team to make sure each step is completed correctly

Help set up client entities and system configurations in line with firm processes

Action client requests, mostly updates to client details across our systems

Follow up on outstanding requests so nothing slips through the cracks

Help with ATO and ASIC registrations, forms and enquiries, and follow up on outstanding requests

About you

You have strong attention to detail and take pride in getting things right

You're organised, proactive, and comfortable following up until a task is done

You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone

You're confident with technology and quick to learn new systems

You'd like to build a long-term career in client experience or operations within professional services

Experience in an accounting firm, admin or customer service role is a bonus, but not essential

You have full working rights in Australia

$50,000–$60,000 + super + bonus
