Coates Griffith is seeking a permanent full‑time Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers at our Griffith branch. You’ll help with equipment solutions, bookings, quotes and invoicing, and support in the yard when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous face-to-face customer service experience
• Desire to provide amazing customer experience
• Ability to learn technical information

Responsibilities

• Address customer needs in person, by phone and email
• Generate hire schedules, quotes and invoicing
• Assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
• Liaise with suppliers to support our customers
