Job summary

ARN is seeking a driven sales support professional in Perth, Australia to help drive revenue across agency and direct client portfolios. You will service clients, coordinate campaigns across ARN’s audio offerings, and maintain CRM records with accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have strong organisational and communication skills, plus a solid understanding of the media landscape. This role offers opportunities for training and career progression within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue delivery across agency, independent agency and direct client portfolios through proactive sales and pipeline activity.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive account servicing, research and follow-up.
• Prepare high-quality responses to client briefs and identify proactive commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, pipeline tracking and weekly activity reporting.
• Coordinate campaign delivery across internal teams, supporting reporting and performance reviews.
• Work across ARN's total audio offering, including broadcast, streaming, podcasts and integrated campaigns.
• Contribute to sales meetings, training and team development, while providing broader office and coordination support when required.
