Job summary

ARN is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to drive the capability roadmap and oversee end-to-end AI pilots from ideation to production. You will partner with Technology and business teams, design scalable AI-enabled solutions, and lead literacy and training programs to build organisational capability.

You will shape use cases, evaluate tools, and ensure governance, privacy and risk considerations are embedded in every initiative while delivering measurable business impact at scale.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions, pilots or transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in AI solution design, use case development, prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) technologies.
  • Hands-on technical capability in Python and/or C++, with experience prototyping, integrating and validating AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI, workflow automation and translating business processes into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, governance forums and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience delivering AI adoption, training or change initiatives that build organisational capability and drive engagement.
  • Sound understanding of AI governance, privacy, security and risk management within enterprise environments.
  • A strategic, innovative and commercially focused mindset with a passion for leveraging AI to create business value.
