• Develop comprehensive sales strategies with the Client Partner.

• Support the delivery of high-quality outputs including presentations.
• Identify and develop tailored solutions to address client needs.
• Support delivery of client brief responses and presentations (Google Slides) and schedules (Google Sheets).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive success.

What’s the role? Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are on the hunt for a passionate and driven Client Executive to join our vibrant team in Brisbane, QLD. Reporting directly to the Group Client Partner, you will be at the heart of our client engagement and sales strategy efforts. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting our Client Partners in driving sales initiatives, crafting account strategies, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Client Partner to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to their portfolio.
• Serve as a contact for clients when needed, addressing inquiries, concerns and issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and progress against targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client contact information, opportunities, sales activities and communication history.
• Contribute to a high performance environment and act with clarity on strategy, objectives and deliverables.
• Assist the Client Partner in identifying and developing tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.
• Support the delivery of consistently high quality outputs across client brief responses, including presentations (Google Slides) and client schedules (Google Sheets).
• Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Who are you?

• Strong communication, verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure, multitask and manage competing priorities
• Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Impeccable time management skills
• Adaptability to changing environment (new selling solutions, products, ways of working)
• Previous media experience is desirable
• Experience in Salesforce is desirable but not mandatory
