We’re searching for a dynamic Client Executive to join our VIC team and play an integral role in shaping the success of our major accounts. This is your chance to work alongside industry leaders, showcase your skills, and accelerate your career in a supportive and growth-focused environment.

As a Client Executive, you’ll partner closely with our Client Partner to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives for major accounts. Your focus will be on building meaningful client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth through creative upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Client Partner to design and implement effective sales strategies for major accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth research to gather critical account insights, including key decision-makers and industry trends.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs, delivering high-quality outputs such as presentations and schedules using Google Slides and Google Sheets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve shared objectives.
  • Maintain and update strategic account plans with clear goals, timelines, and actionable steps.
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups for client meetings, ensuring accurate records are kept in CRM systems.
Who are you?
  • Experience in digital marketing is a bonus, but not essential—your passion and willingness to learn matter most.
  • A collaborative team player who excels in cross-functional environments and thrives on teamwork.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey ideas.
  • Enthusiastic about the media and advertising industry, with a keen interest in staying ahead of emerging trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies like Salesforce (a plus!).
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, capable of multitasking, managing competing priorities, and embracing change.
