Allens seeks an Events & Networks Executive in Sydney to plan and deliver a range of client-facing events, including webinars and premium engagements. You will manage end-to-end execution, from objectives to ROI evaluation, and lead logistics for national webinars aligned with firm priorities.

You will leverage CRM insights, collaborate with BD and marketing, and apply AI-driven tools to improve planning and outcomes. A hybrid working arrangement supports your day-to-day operations.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end high profile client events in a corporate setting.
• Exceptional client management skills and a positive client service approach.
• Tertiary qualifications in event management, business or marketing are desirable.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver events within the Sydney-based program from inception to post-event evaluation.
• Lead logistics for selected national webinars aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Create premium client experiences and identify engagement opportunities.
• Manage event administration, including CRM and web systems, ensuring accurate data and reporting.
• Leverage CRM insights to optimise event campaigns and client engagement.
• Utilise AI-driven tools to improve event planning, execution and evaluation.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to maximise client engagement.
• Engage stakeholders, manage budgets, and coordinate with external suppliers and venues.
• Provide on-site event support to ensure seamless delivery and client experience.
• Apply creative thinking to event briefs for innovative solutions.
