Beauty Affairs in Sydney’s CBD is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver premium skincare consultations and drive luxurious client experiences.

You will build lasting relationships, promote treatments and products, and work with a high-performing team to hit sales targets and KPIs. This full-time role offers a concierge environment with ongoing training and attractive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years consultative sales experience.
• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or higher.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

About the Role

Role Overview

As a Beauty Sales Expert, you will:

Conduct in-depth skin consultations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

Engage clients in our products and services, encouraging them to take advantage of current promotions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Work collaboratively with our team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and highly presentable individual who is self-driven and persistent. The ideal candidate will:

Have at least 2 years of consultative sales experience.

Demonstrate confidence, determination, and a tenacious attitude.

Maintain a smart and professional appearance.

Exhibit excellent communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry.

About You

We are looking for a skilled Salesperson who thrives in a high-end Medi spa environment.

• Language Skills: English, both oral and written
• Qualifications: Certificate IV (or higher) in Beauty Therapy
• Experience: Minimum 2 year in a similar role
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with:
  • Skin treatments (HIFU, Hydrafacial, LASER, RF, LED, Oxygen Therapy, etc.)
  • Facial & shoulder massage techniques
  • Skin analysis & consultation
