Job summary

Indigenous Wealth is seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to be the first point of contact for potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with Relationship Managers. This role supports CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy in a fast-growing, mission-driven advisory business.

You will log contact attempts, nurture near-qualified prospects, and help improve qualification processes while working in a team dedicated to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander financial empowerment.

Qualifications

• Finance experience or background essential.
• CRM system experience required (HubSpot preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet service levels.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and SMS.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads using standard criteria.
• Book qualified prospects into Relationship Manager calendars.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot records and update pipeline stages.
• Prepare qualification summaries for handover to Relationship Managers.
• Monitor show/no-show rates and rebook as needed.
