Job summary

Hive Wealth Co is looking for a proactive client liaison to guide new clients from first contact through the journey across lending, property search and SMSF. You will be the first and main point of contact, coordinating across teams to keep clients progressing and satisfied.

In this hybrid role, you’ll build trusted relationships on the phone, qualify opportunities, and ensure CRM records are accurate. The position includes full training and a collaborative, growth‑minded team.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or sales support.
• Ability to manage multiple client journeys concurrently.
• Comfortable on the phone and communicating with new enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Call new enquiries quickly, understand client goals and qualify fit.
• Schedule discovery sessions with Head of Strategy.
• Follow up clients to keep relationships warm.
