Overview

Join to apply for the Client Engagement Specialist role at Australian Unity. An exciting full-time opportunity with our Mental Health Team. You will be the first point of contact for MindStep clients, providing a seamless onboarding experience to ensure they feel welcomed, supported, and valued, with an emphasis on laying the foundation for a positive, timely, and impactful relationship with our service.

This opportunity will be based in Melbourne with a hybrid work model.

What your role looks like
  • Intake responsibilities including outbound contact with referred clients experiencing mental health challenges, scheduling appointments and program enrolment
  • Management of inbound phone/email enquiries
  • General administrative support to the MindStep & Healing Minds Team Leader as well as the Partnerships & Operations Coordinator
  • Proactively work with internal stakeholders to enhance opportunities for cross-referrals
About You
  • Experience in a client-facing/phone-based customer service role is essential
  • Experience using Genesys and Salesforce would be highly valued
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and professionally with people affected by common mental health challenges
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport on first interaction
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with others to ensure a seamless client experience
