Job summary

Mantel is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Principal in Australia to lead strategic client relationships across a broad portfolio of ASX 100 enterprise clients. You will shape client engagement strategy, align Mantel capabilities to client needs and drive programs from prospecting to delivery with a focus on exceeding expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and sustain strategic client relationships at senior levels.
• Experience guiding presales, onboarding and delivery across complex engagements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a client engagement strategy to grow and retain key accounts.
• Build strategic relationships with business, technology and executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate Mantel teams across pre-sales, delivery and governance to ensure client success.
• Translate client needs into solutions and drive the full engagement lifecycle from prospecting to delivery.
• Lead account planning and governance cadences, with a focus on long-term value creation.
• Foster partnerships with clients and technology partners (AWS, Google, Microsoft, etc.).
