You will help clients move beyond technology delivery toward measurable business outcomes, building the case for investment and establishing a practical path from ambition to implementation.

You will bring lived experience delivering transformation in real organisations, shaping client experiences, business cases and delivery approaches, and working with clients, partners

Qualifications

• Transformation delivery credibility and experience with client change initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Strong outcome and commercial acumen including business cases and benefits tracking.
• Practical operating-model and change design capability across processes and governance.
• Strategic communication and stakeholder leadership to align executives and teams.
• Experience in connecting technology choices to business outcomes across Cloud, Digital, Data, AI or Security.
• Professional judgment andMantel principles in interactions with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Help Mantel engage earlier with clients and move discussions from delivery to business outcomes.
• Shape client experiences, business cases and delivery approaches for change initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients, partners and Mantel teams to connect business need, technology and adoption.
