Cater Care is seeking a high-performing Client Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and growth across our Aged Care and Inpatient Healthcare portfolios. You will prospect, pitch, and secure high-value contracts from the ground up, shaping Cater Care’s market position.

This role offers a flexible hybrid model (up to 2 days WFH), an attractive base package with performance bonus, and clear career progression supported by our bid, brand, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and convert new contract catering opportunities across Aged Care and Healthcare sectors.
• Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline through market research and proactive prospecting.
• Lead tender submissions, proposals, and pitches with Brand & Communications team.
• Build C-suite and executive relationships to promote Cater Care.
• Deliver against sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to position Cater Care as a leading provider.

Client Development Manager | Aged Care & Healthcare

• Location: East Coast Based (Up to 2 days/week WFH)

Cater Care is one of Australia’s leading 100% Australian-owned contract catering and facility management providers. We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven Client Development Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting, high-impact role focused on driving new business acquisition and strategic growth across our Aged Care and Inpatient Healthcare portfolios. Leveraging your sales acumen and industry insight, you will prospect, pitch, and secure high-value contracts from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and convert new contract catering opportunities across the Aged Care and Healthcare sectors.
• Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline using structured market research and proactive prospecting.
• Lead and collaborate on high-stakes tender submissions, proposals, and commercial pitches in partnership with our Brand & Communications team.
• Build strong C-suite and executive relationships to actively promote Cater Care within the market.
• Consistently deliver against individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to position Cater Care as the leading catering provider.

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstrated success in business development, commercial growth, or sales-driven account management.
• Background in Aged Care, Healthcare, or Contract Food Services (either in B2B sales or senior operational management ready to transition into commercial growth).
• Active contacts among Aged Care or Healthcare key decision-makers will be highly regarded.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and contract closure capabilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused self-starter who thrives on meeting targets and solving client challenges.
