Job summary

Unisys is seeking a delivery manager to oversee client-facing projects in New South Wales. You will drive project planning, resource allocation and risk management to meet client expectations and business objectives.

You will act as the primary client contact, manage budgets and costs, monitor performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong service delivery, governance, SLA/KPI reporting, financial management experience is required.
• Prior airport experience will be preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Independently leads small to mid-size delivery management projects.
• Creates and maintains project plans, coordinating resources and identifying and managing risks.
• Manages project costs, ensuring resource effectiveness and efficiency.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing issues and ensuring services are delivered in line with expectations and business requirements.
• Works with cross-functional teams to ensure the right skills are available as and when needed to meet project needs.
• Oversees and monitors project team performance, providing feedback and ensuring team members have the information and tools required for effective service delivery.
• May act as a subject matter expert for certain product areas.
• Ensures service quality meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Addresses and resolves issues arising within teams, with clients or otherwise related to project delivery.
• Identifies and recommends ways to optimize delivery processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
• Manages the performance of any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors to ensure the implementation of deliverables.
