Job summary

Mylestones Employment in Bundaberg is seeking a Client Coordinator to support staff and assist people with disability from intake through to employment outcomes. You will help individualised employment preparation, job search, marketing, and sustainable placement in open employment.

• Organise job placements in collaboration with the Marketing Officer.
• Support staff, employers and participants to maximise integration and progress in job plans.

What would I be doing?

As a client coordinator you will support a team of employment services staff that assist a client's journey from intake to employment/program exit. You will also be supporting staff perform individualised employment preparation, job search, marketing, and placement of people with disability to sustainable long-term employment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating employment services staff to achieve appropriate outcomes for a caseload of individual clients in Open Employment.
• Working with the Marketing Officer to develop, document, and implement high quality marketing strategies.
• Promoting and organising job placement for participants in collaboration with the Marketing Officer.
• Working with other employment service staff, employers, and participants by providing support to maximise integration, development, and achievement of goals set out in job plans.
