Job summary

Mylestones in Mackay is seeking a client coordinator to support a team of employment services staff, guiding clients from intake to employment and program exit. You will also be supporting staff with individualised employment preparation, job search, marketing, and placement of people with disability to sustainable long-term employment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating staff to achieve outcomes for a caseload of clients in Open Employment, and working with the Marketing

• A valid C class driving licence and relevant checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employment services staff to support a caseload of individual clients in Open Employment.
• Develop, document, and implement high quality marketing strategies with the Marketing Officer.
• Promote and organise job placement for participants in collaboration with marketing.
• Support staff, employers, and participants to maximise integration and achievement of job plan goals.

What would I be doing?

As a client coordinator you will support a team of employment services staff that assist a client's journey from intake to employment/program exit. You will also be supporting staff perform individualised employment preparation, job search, marketing, and placement of people with disability to sustainable long-term employment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating employment services staff to achieve appropriate outcomes for a caseload of individual clients in Open Employment.
• Working with the Marketing Officer to develop, document, and implement high quality marketing strategies.
• Promoting and organising job placement for participants in collaboration with the Marketing Officer.
• Working with other employment service staff, employers, and participants by providing support to maximise integration, development, and achievement of goals set out in job plans.
