True Water is seeking a motivated and organised Client Coordinator to support our clients and internal teams across a range of service and project activities. This role plays a key part in coordinating client communications, managing documentation, and ensuring the smooth delivery of products and services. The Client Coordinator will act as a central point of contact for clients while providing administrative and operational support to sales, technical, consultancy, and service teams.
Completing and maintaining documentation throughout service and project delivery
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and providing high-quality customer support
Coordinating the delivery of products, services, technicians, and external suppliers
Managing supplies and monitoring stock levels
Supporting and coordinating activities across sales, consultancy, and service teams
Assisting in the preparation of regular reports and internal documentation
Organising and scheduling client appointments, site visits, and internal meetings
Ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams to support efficient service delivery
Minimum 2 years' experience in a client coordination, project administration, or similar role
Ability to work independently with a proactive and energetic approach
Strong understanding of administrative, coordination, and customer service practices
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High School Certificate: additional qualifications in administration, project management, sales, or customer service are advantageous but not essential
