Job summary

Adapt Homes Pty Ltd in Fyshwick, ACT is seeking a Client Liaison Officer to be the trusted contact from the first call to move‑in. This is a Full‑time role with hybrid arrangements, based at the display house and with home and occasional events.

You’ll answer enquiries by phone, email and CRM; book visits, prepare quotes and sales documents; explain our homes and options; meet clients at the display house and at events; and contribute to smoothing the process as we grow.

Qualifications

• Genuine warmth with people, especially older Australians and families facing a major decision.
• Strong written and spoken communication with reliable follow-through.
• Comfortable with CRMs and digital tools, or quick to pick them up.
• Experience in sales, customer service or admin is valued.
• Canberra-based and hold a current driver’s licence.
• Curious about tiny homes, sustainable living, or how well-designed small spaces work.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone like you mean it — be the warm first point of contact for enquiries by phone, email and CRM, with every enquiry tracked.
• Keep the pipeline moving — book display visits and consultations, prepare quotes and sales documents, and keep records accurate.
• Walk people through it — help prospective clients understand our homes, options, and the process at each stage.
• Show up and represent us — meet people face to face at the display house and at events around the region.
• Make the process better — pitch in on sales admin and help improve how we work as we grow.
