Dovida Geelong delivers high-quality, relationship-based home care for ageing adults across Geelong and nearby areas. As a Care Partner, you will lead the client experience and coordinate with the office team to ensure care goals are met with empathy, integrity, and professionalism.

You will be trained in client care consultations and ongoing care management, contributing to a respected, multi-office organisation that supports independence and dignity for its clients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing customer service or sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ethical approach to problem solving in care settings.
• Highly organised with meticulous documentation of client interactions.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team to support clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall client experience.
• Coordinate with the office team to meet client needs and care goals.
• Train and mentor staff in client care consultations and ongoing care management.
