Job summary

Scanlan Theodore is seeking a casual Client Advisor for our Chadstone Boutique. You will create excellent client experiences and contribute to Boutique success by achieving productivity targets.

The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion, styling and elevating the client journey, with a track record in retail and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position in the retail industry.
• Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs.
• Brand ambassador with ability to build rapport and develop client relationships.
• Minimum three days availability inclusive of weekends.

Responsibilities

• Embody and inspire exceptional client experience standards in presentation and behaviour in line with Scanlan Theodore standards.
• Consistently strive to meet Boutique and individual productivity targets.
• Build rapport with clientele, establishing a wealthy client database and maintaining long term client relationships.
• Leverage various Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools available to cultivate brand loyalty.
• Become a subject matter expert in product knowledge, fabrication, and personal styling to enhance client experience.
• Support the management team to create a collaborative, sales focused environment.

About the role

As a casual Client Advisor for our Chadstone Boutique, you will seek to create excellent client experiences and contribute to the success of the Boutique through achieving productivity targets. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about the luxury fashion industry, styling and enhancing the overall client experience.

This role will
