In this important frontline role, you will be responsible for providing efficient admissions and administrative support, ensuring a seamless experience for patients from admission through to discharge. Working as part of a supportive team, you will utilise your exceptional communication, organisational and customer service skills to manage patient admissions, maintain accurate records and liaise with clinicians, patients and external stakeholders. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. **Your skills and experience**You will bring demonstrated experience in administration, reception or patient admissions, together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy and confidentiality, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.
