Job summary

Cleared ICT in Canberra leads the delivery of complex ICT initiatives within a secure government environment. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinating technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned to governance requirements.

You will apply PRINCE2/PMBOK/Agile methodologies, drive risk and change management, and mentor project teams to deliver technology-focused solutions in a high-profile setting.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years' experience in Project Management, ICT Delivery, or related roles.
• Experience delivering ICT projects in government, defence, or large enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance artefacts.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities with mitigation strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple delivery partners.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and governance forums; oversee procurement and contract activities.
• Mentor and support project team members, driving best-practice project management.
