SCS Group is seeking a Full-Time Cleaning Team Member for our Bayswater site in Melbourne. You will maintain paint booths, remove overspray, and keep work areas clean while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to work autonomously, with strong organizational and communication skills. Prior experience in commercial cleaning, especially within manufacturing environments, is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain paint booths to industry standards.
• Remove paint overspray and residue.
• Clean floors, walls, filters and surrounding areas.
• Ensure equipment and surfaces meet safety and quality standards.
• Notify management of damages or deficits.
• Handle customer requests professionally and promptly.
• Monitor stock levels of consumables and replenish when needed.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and company practices.

Reporting to the relevant site supervisor or manager, you will be expected to uphold SCS Group’s Core Values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity and Respect while delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services.

Ideally, you will have experience in commercial cleaning within a manufacturing environment, be self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and highly reliable.

Key Responsibilities

The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to:

• Cleaning and maintaining paint booths to industry standards.
• Removal of paint overspray and residue.
• Cleaning of floors, walls, filters, and surrounding work areas.
• Ensuring all equipment and surfaces are maintained to high safety and quality standards.
• Notify Management/customer service manager of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Previous experience in Paint Booth cleaning is highly desirable.
• Understanding of industrial cleaning processes (preferred).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in cleaning.
• Committed to delivering excellent service & meet quality standards.
• The ability to work independently.
• Able to provide a National Police Clearance upon request.
• Should have legal working rights in Australia.
