Avive Alphington is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning team in maintaining a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

The successful applicant will have supervisory cleaning experience, ideally within a mental health, healthcare, hospital, aged care, disability services or similar environment. You will coordinate daily cleaning operations and ensure high standards are consistently achieved.

Formación

• Relevant supervisory cleaning experience, ideally within mental health, healthcare, hospital, aged care, disability services or similar environment.
• Understanding of infection control and safe cleaning practices.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Professional, dependable and compassionate approach.
• Ability to work respectfully around clients, residents, staff and visitors.
• Current police check and any healthcare or disability screening requirements, or willingness to obtain them.
• Appropriate work rights in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate cleaning and compliance records
